L\u2019autisme, une \u00e9nigme<\/em> &#8211; est un photo-roman issu de la pr\u00e9sence de l&rsquo;artiste Olivier Menanteau et de l&rsquo;\u00e9crivain Philippe Forest au sein de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 fonctionnelle Autisme, Psychose Infantile (API) de l\u2019\u00c9tablissement Public de Sant\u00e9 \u2013 Barth\u00e9lemy Durand \u00e0 \u00c9tampes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compos\u00e9 de photographies et de textes, le livre propose un point de vue subjectif sur l\u2019autisme adulte au quotidien. Pour les deux artistes, l\u2019ouvrage repose sur le pari que \u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019une autre parole sur l\u2019autisme adulte peut \u00eatre tent\u00e9e. Une parole qui ne soit ni celle des malades, ni celle des m\u00e9decins, qui ne pr\u00e9tende aucunement dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Simplement&nbsp;: une parole d\u00e9doubl\u00e9e, \u00e9loign\u00e9e et qui, dans son \u00e9loignement assum\u00e9, puisse discr\u00e8tement constituer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019autisme un geste d\u2019intelligence au double sens du mot&nbsp;: connaissance intellectuelle, complicit\u00e9 amicale&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019invitation de ses deux artistes correspond au d\u00e9sir du personnel d\u2019ouvrir le service et de communiquer leur pratique. L\u2019objet de la commande est de contribuer \u00e0 actualiser le d\u00e9bat autour de la folie et \u00e0 changer le regard port\u00e9 sur les personnes autistes et sur les professionnels qui leur apportent des soins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em><strong>Close to the Acacias. Autism, an enigm<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">This work concerns a story told in photographs, that comes from the presence of the artist Olivier Menanteau and the writer Philippe Forest, within the Autism, Child Psychosis unit (Autisme, Psychose Infantile, API) &#8211; Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my Durand in Etampes. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Compounded by photographs and texts, the book proposes a subjective point of view about the experience of adult autism during daily life. For both of the artists, the work is based on the idea that \u00ab\u00a0the experience of an other speech about adult autism can be experienced. A speech that is not the one of sick persons, nor the one of doctors, which does not pretend to possess the truth. Simply: a double speech, distant and totally assumed, can discretly constitute an intelligent gesture with respect to autism: intellectual knowledge, friendly complicity.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The introduction of these two artists is related to the desire of workers from the clinical unit that wanted to open the unit and communicate their own practice.
