la commune de Bobigny ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Serge Comte de concevoir une \u0153uvre pour La F\u00eate de la Berg\u00e8re, f\u00eate qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 4 juin 2000 \u00e0 Bobigny. Ils souhaitaient une forme qui puisse \u00e0 la fois annoncer puis \u00e9voquer le souvenir de la f\u00eate, rendant ainsi le temps de son d\u00e9roulement plus \u00e9lastique et moins abrupt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vid\u00e9o pr\u00e9sente la r\u00e9ponse de Serge Comte qui proposa 300 carillons fait de bois et de m\u00e9tal et dont le contrepoids d\u2019un tiers d\u2019entre eux fut remplac\u00e9 par un filet de nourriture pour oiseaux. They wished to have something that could announce and evoke the souvenir of the fair, by changing the progression of the fair.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Serge Comte proposes 300 carillons made in wood and metal. Part of them have been replaced by a thin line of meal for birds.
